What is better than relaxing or just starting your day? With a delicious and healthy smoothie of course!!
This one was a ton of fun to make and tastes delicious! This smoothie is Berry Lemonade with Avocado!
It is very simple to make:
- 1 to 1- 1/2 cups of lemonade
- 1-1/2 cups of Frozen Antioxidant Blend(Welch’s is best!)
- 4 chunks of Frozen Avocados(Again, Welch’s is also best!)
- 4 mint leaves to garnish
Blend it up in a blender and serve. Add some fresh berries and mint leaves to garnish and you are good to go. Super healthy and delicious!!
